OK, I was up this week 1.4 lbs. My little cheats here and there and my inconsistent exercise routine are catching up with me. Now is really the time to focus. No more excuses of holiday tasks and parties. It's time to get with the program!
I'm not beating myself up this time because I am proud of the fact that I am not giving up. I'm not allowing myself to skip WW meetings this time. It is a great way to start fresh every week and I am going to do just that! I'm more aware of my binge eating issues and have had success in being able to control this aspect of my life. It's time to put all the pieces of the puzzle together to see the success on the scale.
