I was kind of dreading going to WW this week. I have not felt in control of my eating this
week. I was certain I would be up a lot.
But I made a commitment to never miss weigh ins, no matter what. So I did. And once again, I was surprised
with a 1 lb weight loss. I love having
this check in to reset my motivation. OK, time to get back in control.
I know this time of year is hard for me, so I do not have
big expectations for weight loss. I just
don’t want to get so out of control that I gain the few pounds that I lost
since Sept and more. I know after the
holidays, I will raise my expectations and get this weight loss train really
moving.
I did exercise 3 times this week – swim Fri, run Sat, and
swim yesterday. I was really proud of
myself yesterday because as I entered my gym, there was a sign that read ‘ The
Pool is Cool. 78 degrees. Service has been called. Sorry for the inconvenience’. That did not stop me… I swam anyway. I had the pool all to myself for the first ½ hour. Really wasn’t that bad. I’m glad this did not deter me. I love the feeling I get after a really good
workout. This week, I want to shoot for
at least 4 workouts.
