WW Wednesday
Well, I'm up... as expected. Up 1.8 lbs. Went a little crazy on vacation. After the tri on Sunday, I treated myself to an ice cream soda - vanilla with choc chip ice cream yum!! That should have been it, but then I had a chicken Caesar wrap with home made chips. For dinner, we went out and had pizza and many, many, many - did I say many... beers! I know it's bad... But I had FUN! I've never laughed so hard with my in laws. I own it! I'll work hard this week to get back on track. I'm motivated to increase my training for my next tri on Thanksgiving.
