Yeah!!!! I'm down another 2.2 lbs to 201.8lbs! Total loss to date is 5.6! 1.4 lbs/ week average! I really thought I was going to be up this week because I slipped up last Thursday. Not the case. I am so excited and more motivated than ever! Come on Onederland!!
Had a good run on the treadmill on Monday and swam a mile yesterday. I was able to run at 4.0 for 2, 10 min stretches. The endorphins kicked in and I felt great. Before I gained back this weight, I used to love to run at 5.0 for an hour. I'll get back to that! I'm positive. And I just could not get out of the pool yesterday. Stayed in for an hour and I was 30 mins late for work. So worth it!
I've got 2 and a half weeks before the Monster Tri. My goal was to hit 10 lbs by then, which may not be possible, but I'll reach it shortly after. Swim and bike should be no problem, but the 5k will be a challenge. I am not going to stress. It's all about having fun! As long as I don't drown on the swim, crash on the bike, or get a DNF, I will be fine.
