It's pretty obvious that this hit yesterday. I only got in 921 calories for the day. It was a non workout day and I basically got caught up on my reading and TV shows. I'd like to get my average calorie range between 1400-1500, but my ratios are where I want them to be: 67% Fat, 22% Protein, 11% Carbs. I'd also like to bring my Net Carbs to be <30.
I went out this morning to do my 4 mile run, but it turned into a 4 mile walk. It was damn hot and I know I did not drink enough water yesterday. It will probably take a couple of weeks before I'm fully Keto Adapted again, but I am looking forward to making improvements in my performance. I have a 5K in Sept, so I should be feeling really good my then. I also signed up for the Phoenix Half Marathon that will be in Feb 2015 in addition to the Cape Cod Ragnar in May 2015. I'm so motivated to train for these events!
