3 months, Binge Free

On June 8th, I stopped the vicious cycle of being on and then being off track.  In the past, I would follow the 80/20 or even the 90/10 rule where the majority of what I ate was considered healthy, but then the 20% or 10% would contain items that would set me off on binges that would last days or even weeks.  I got no where in regards to weight loss.  So I gave up the main binge trigger for me which is sugar and opted for a ketogenic diet. It may seem drastic to some, but we are all have different tolerances for carbs/sugar.   Being 3 months binge free is a new record for me and I feel so empowered by what I have accomplished.    My weight is coming down and I am confident I can achieve my goals, no matter how long it takes.
