Sunday Morning Bike Ride

 

Sunday Bike Ride... Did 13 mile workout with my sister and then we stopped over my parents house to get Dad out. In Feb 2012, my Dad and Mom went for a bike ride that did not go so well. My Mom crashed and spend most of 2012 in a wheel chair. My Dad had not been out since, so today was the day. Mom was happy just taking our picture.. no more biking for her!
