Well, seeing that I've only lost 1.4 lbs since this time last month, I'd say my weight loss has stalled out. But that is OK.. totally expected. I'm just excited that I don't see it going back up. I've maintained ~14 lb loss since June 8th. No binges has helped. I'm 3 lbs away from the 180's. I so want to get there in September. It's time to refocus.
I have been pretty compliant limiting my carbs and staying in ketosis, but I can see that I'm depending on a few things in my diet that are not helping my situation. Peanut Butter has crept it's way back into my house and my mouth. This is now my crack of choice. It has not prompted a binge, but I am definitely eating more than my fair share.. I shouldn't be having any of it! And then there is the heavy delicious cream. Ya... consuming way too much.
So I am getting back to the basics... weighing my food (loved the idea about grams), making sure my diet is well balanced, tracking, drinking lots of water, consistent exercise, and good sleep.
