New Focus

Since I missed last week's weigh-in, I needed to get in today.  I was up. No surprise to me!  I've lost focus.  My eating was going well and then this week, I just lost it.  Had tacos 2 times for lunch, hit the vending machine in the afternoon. I was able to work out 3 times:

                Tuesday, weight training
                Thursday, swim 30 mins - 800yrds
                Saturday, bike 35 mins

But even with that, I seem to just be going through the motions.

So, new focus.  Needs to be what I am eating.  I decided to track ahead of eating.  So I went on My Fitness Pal today and created my meal plans for the next 4 days.  I'll be alternating from a 30 gram carb day and a 50 gram carb day.    This is my 50 gram that I will follow tomorrow:
