OK, it's Saturday and I have no update from WW. I had to work this morning, so I missed my meeting. Although I could probably just go in and weigh, I've made the decision not to. Not that I think I'm up, I actually had a good week with my eating, I just don't feel like it. It's OK, I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I'm also not going to beat myself up about only having 2 workouts in:
Monday - 45 mins Elliptical
Thurs - 20 mins walk/run, 20 mins weight training
I feel in control of my eating - and that is the most important thing to me. I do plan on working out more this week with at least 2 days with the weights. We shall see how I do next week.
