WW Update

Just came back from my WW meeting.  Down .2 lb.  I'll take it!  Down is always good.

I had a great week with my workouts.  I hit my min 5 days, 2 days weights.
  1.    Sunday, 30 mins spin bike
  2.    Monday, 45 mins elliptical
  3.    Tuesday, 30 min run treadmill, 15 mins weights
  4.    Wednesday, 30 min swim (1,000 yrds)
  5.    Friday, 15 min run treadmill, 30 mins weights
I decided to use my company's fitness center rather than LA Fitness for everything except swimming. Only makes sense.  I get up at 4:30am and on the road by 5am.  If I hit the road for work which is 35 miles away, I hit no traffic. If I go to LA Fitness, which is on my side of the world, I hit BAD traffic after my workout.  I save 20-30 mins in commute time which I can then use as extra workout time.  Plus, the fitness center at work is dead!  I might see 1 or 2 people when I'm there.  I always have the weight room to myself. The picture below is the room with the weight machines.  There is another area with cardio and another with free weights. There are also racket ball courts which I sometime use for my lunges.

This week, I need to focus on my legs.  I have the PF Chang's R&R Marathon Bike Tour next Sunday.  I'm just praying this cold front we have been experiencing (27 degrees this morning!) goes away so it will not be a cold ride.   I'm such a baby when it comes to the cold!
