I was so good
last week, but it started Sat with Pizza – 3 pieces!!! Sunday was a little
better, but then Monday – 2 tacos for lunch, 4 m&m cookies for dessert, plus
hot chocolate. Tuesday – ice cream for dessert! Not to mention I’ve been
digging into the peanut butter way too much!
Ok, I know my
trigger is the fact that I’m not feeling well. I have this sinus headache thing
that does not seem to want to go away. Plus it has been sooooo cold here in
sunny Arizona. Mornings have been in the 30’s. This morning it was 29 degrees.
We are not used to this in the desert. I reach out for ‘tasty’ food to make me
feel better. It doesn’t. When am I going to learn this?
Despite feeling
like crap, I did get good workouts in Monday (50 mins Elliptical) and this
morning I did an hour in the pool for a total of 2000 yrds! Just need to keep
pushing myself past these week moments.
