Carb Nite Results

I've been side tracked lately with long hours at work, but I wanted to post that both my 1st and 2nd week of Carb Nite worked.  I had 1.6 lb loss the 1st week and another 1 lb loss this week.  That's all I want - steady weight loss even if it is a pound a week.  I'd even take 1/2 pound a week.

 

 
 
 
I was able to increase my activity the first week, which I'm sure helped.  My Carb Nite bumped my percentage of carbs up a bit.  I'm not having any issues with binge anxiety during my indulgences.  I'm feeling very much in control, which kind of surprises me, especially with all the stresses I'm facing at work.   I'm finding that I don't have much of an appetite the day after which makes it easier to resume my low carb plan for the rest of the week.
 
Work is going to be crazy for a few more days before it gets back to normal. I did not exercise at all this past week and I really miss it. Looking forward to the craziness being over!
