OK, I've been obsessing over this Carb Nite I'm planning on doing on my birthday tomorrow. I'm totally at that point where the low carb ketogenic diet is not doing its magic and need to do something to shake things up a bit. From the research I've been doing, this should work. I guess I'm just anxious that it wont and I'll be stuck forever at this weight. Oh look, a new fear to conquer! I think I've had this before!
So, I am taking the day off from work and doing the things I love to do - Do What You Love, so Love What You Do! This includes my 3 favorite sports (to empty glycogen stores), spending time with the people I love, and eating some tasty things a long the way... but in a controlled manner that will not turn into a binge until I feel as sick as a dog. I am allowing myself pizza and cheesecake because it is my birthday. The next time I do this, it will be a bit more controlled. Friday I will be back to keto for another week.
