These are my results. This is just where I am starting. I will adjust based on my weekly results. I will be tracking my food, my activity (with my requested Christmas gift of a Body Media Band), weight and measurements. I may need to go up in my calories or adjust my ratios a bit.

2014
December 10th
Start 189 lbs

January 2014 Goal - 180 lbs
March 2014 Goal - 170 lbs
August 2014 Goal - 160 lbs
December 2014 Goal - 140 lbs - Maintenance!!
Of course when I look at this chart, all I can think about
is a zip line. I dug up this shot of me
on a zip line when we went to Costa Rica in 2012. It was at this time that I decided was enough
was enough with the weight gain. This is
when I started listening to the Half Size Me podcast. This was the start of my journey getting back
to a healthy weight.
