Survived the T Day Holiday

OK, so I really have NOT been following my WW plan this week.  Started on Thansgiving when I ate 2 pieces of pie.  So good, but I felt so sick afterwards and on Friday.  Out to dinner with the fam on Friday - also not good.  2 chicken tacos, onion ring (jus 1), ice cream.  Not focused at all through the weekend.  Worked out on Saturday, but skipped workouts since.  I was dreading going to WW today, but I knew I had to.  This is where I've failed in the past - skipping WW and never getting back on track.  I'm not doing it this time.  I'm facing the music every week regardless.  It's a more effective way to start fresh and get back on track.  So I go in there and step on the scale - down 1.2 lbs!!! Yeah!!!!  Totally not expecting that!  It's amazing how my attitude change after... totally motivated to track food and get back to the gym.
